Another success story!!
Last week, Dr. Johan and team STS went out to treat Micaela, a White rhino cow that was shot through the upper side of her back.
The attending vet handled the anaesthesia, while we located the round (bullet). The assistance of our large x-ray machine contributed to finding the bullet quicker. The round was removed , wounds were treated, she was given an antibiotic and woken up.
Due to YOUR support and donations, we were able to treat her and we are confident she will make a full recovery. Thank you for helping us to create hope from hurt.
